in September 2005 as a private shareholding company with a paid-up capital of BDT
2.5 million. BRB Securities Limited is fully owned by BRB Group and licensed by
the Dhaka Stock Exchange Lid. (DSE) to act as a financial broker.
Since BRB Securities Limited has taken over the operations of the company in 2008,
BRB Securities Limited performance has witnessed notable enhancement, putting among
the top level in volume traded within the 235 local brokerage houses.
